The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has backed Pakistan and called on India to immediately cease ‘atrocities’ in Kashmir and peacefully settle the issue in accordance with wishes of Kashmiri people and the UNSC resolutions.

OIC Secretary General Iyad Ameen Madani Monday expressed concern over the situation in Kashmir and called for an immediate cessation of atrocities by India, urging the Indian government for peaceful settlement of the dispute ‘in accordance with wishes of Kashmiri people and the UNSC resolutions’.

Expressing their solidarity with the Kashmiri people, the OIC group “reaffirmed their resolve to remain the voice of the Kashmiris’ at the international stage.”

Madani’s remarks came after Pakistan Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz addressed a meeting of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir.

Aziz referred to the killing of ‘youth leader’ Burhan Wani and the use of pellet guns by Indian forces against Kashmiri protesters following his death.

Wani was killed by security forces on July 8.


Aziz said such measures cannot break the spirit of the Kashmiri people and their legitimate struggle for self-determination.

“Underscoring that the Kashmir dispute remains central to lasting peace and stability in South Asia, the Adviser regretted that India had failed to reciprocate Pakistan’s proposal of meaningful engagement for the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute,” according to a statement by the OIC contact group.

Reportedly no Indian journalist was allowed to attend the press conference by Pakistan Foreign Secretary on Monday.

Amid heightened tensions between India and Pakistan after the terror attack in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, an Indian journalist was asked to leave a press conference scheduled to be addressed by Pakistan Foreign Secretary in New York on Monday.

The journalist employed with NDTV was reportedly told ‘to be removed’ from the room by Pakistani officials ahead of a press conference by Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry at Roosevelt Hotel in the city. The briefing was being organised on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) where both the nations are expected to raise the Kashmir and Balochistan issue.

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has already reached US and will address the Assembly on Wednesday. It is expected that Kashmir issue will dominate his speech at UNGA. However Sharif, when approached by another Indian journalist, refused to answer the question on the Uri attack.

3. It is not even a Nation;

4. It is a poisonous bunch of various terror groups;

5. Managed by power greedy elite rich brokers, associated WITH TERROR GROUPS and take orders from ISI AND A DUBIOUS / FRAUD ARMY GENERALS;

6. ARAB COUNTRIES HARBOR TERROR GROUPS AND HARD CORE CRIMINALS, AND PRETEND TO BE FRIENDS OF BHARATHAM, WEST, AND USA;

7. THESE ARAB COUNTRIES FOOL  BHARATHAM, WEST AND USA;

8. BEST EXAMPLE IS THESE ARAB COUNTRIES BLOCKED THE REFUGEES FROM SYRIA;

9. THE GOOD HEARTED WEST LATER TOOK THE BURDEN OF REFUGEES;

10. WHO KNOWS THESE REFUGEES WILL TURN TO BE TERRORIST LATER AND HARM THE SAVIOR.


My view -

1. History shows that Islamic movements have done cruelty to many Nations;

2. They invaded many countries, and opened violence on,  along with religious conversions;

3. Bharathm suffered many years under Cruel Muslim rule;

4. Today you cannot trust Muslims, and Pakistan in particular, as they are not sincere, honest, and friendly with any Nation;

5. Pakistan fooled USA, many years and extracted money and weapons; to use against Bharatham;

6. Two world war happened because of rogue Nations;

7. Now Islamic countries join hands with Pakistan to prepare the third world war;

8. THESE ANTI PEOPLE ASSOCIATES MUST REALIZE THE FATE OF GREEDY CRUEL ACTIVITIES OF GERMANY. ITALY, AND JAPAN IN THE WORLD WAR-2;

9. IT IS VERY URGENT TO STOP THIS BY  NATIONS WHO BELIEVE IN DEMOCRACY, AND SAFETY OF THE GLOBE;

10. UN HAS VERY IMPORTANT ROLE TO PLAY AND TAKE STRONG MEASURES AND  SAVE THIS EARTH FROM THE EVIL FORCES.
